What you need to make a difference in the world

Oh my God! I am so touched by this weekend in Bonn and the last days in Freiburg and Aachen. I can hardly put into words what is happening in my life right now. It feels like a mix of sadness, joy and a new incredible inner strength and clarity. Old things can go, new things come into my life and everything becomes easier and clearer. The last few days remind me how important it is to discard everything that unnecessarily costs me energy. Be it topics from the past, current conflicts or simply things that don't fit, such as wishy-washy stories.

I'm sitting in a café in Bonn right now and I just had a thought that I want to share with you: If you want to make a difference in the world and really make a big difference, you need power. You need energy. And you only have that if you don't spend every day thinking about why your colleague said something stupid to you, why your parents just don't want to understand you, why your partner left his socks lying around again, why he forgot to buy courgettes when he went shopping or why a social crisis is preventing you from getting ahead. You are investing your valuable energy here that you could use for the future: in your own business, for your projects, for the people who are important to you and especially for yourself and your dreams. This energy is your life energy, your life force! So think carefully about what you put it into and how you can concentrate it even more on what you want. Because what you focus on becomes bigger. This applies to problems, but also to your dreams. It is your choice. I would choose happiness if I were you ;-).

A second thing that I have become more and more aware of over the last few days is how important it is to have clarity about what I want in life. I really want to make a difference. I want to be able to say at the end of my life that I have worked for a better future for our world and that I am already doing so professionally. I don't look away and just moan and complain about everything that's going wrong. For example, that the train is late again and how other people are upsetting and destroying our world. I want to take responsibility for a positive change in society and our world. And here, too, the principle applies: what you direct your energy and focus on becomes bigger. It is fundamental to know who you are and what is important to you. From this, you can derive what you want to go for and what you want to achieve. You may not know it from one day to the next and you cannot force it, for example by jumping from one seminar to the next or meditating on it every day. Sometimes we just have to live and let it come by having experiences on our path. But if you follow your feeling, the path will become clearer and clearer with time. The clarity comes as you walk. I too notice in between that I get uncertain because I can't look into the future and see where what I'm doing will lead. Often it feels like I'm walking in the dark, not knowing when the light will come again. I can trust that everything will show itself and that everything is just as right as it is right now! Otherwise I wouldn't be at this point in life! I trust my intuition and pay attention to signs. Because when something is right, I feel it very clearly - without ifs and buts. That means always moving forward!

The last few weeks I am in a completely different energy and feel completely different. I am changing and I feel that a new chapter is beginning. I also notice it in those around me and their behaviour: on the train I get my suitcase stowed away several times without words, I get great loving gifts, I get invited to dinner, people cuddle up to me and I get the most amazing compliments. Sometimes I still can't believe it. What happened? It's no coincidence, because I've learned to receive over the last few weeks. I can accept and enjoy what is given to me. I am even more in my feminine energy, which stands for creativity, life flow and trust. I allow others to do something good for me and thereby feel joy and love myself. For it is above all the one who gives who feels this love and joy. Throughout my life I have always done a lot, created a lot and worked a lot. I thought I had to do everything on my own, because then I would be independent, secure and strong. But if you want to achieve great things, you will eventually come to the point of understanding that you can't - and shouldn't - do it alone. I reached that point last year. I realised that I could only make limited progress on my own and it felt exhausting. It doesn't have to be hard, it can be easy and fun. It takes many to make a change. It needs support, cooperation and a close union. Others want to help you because they like what you are doing and want to contribute. They want to contribute to your goal because they love your vision, which they can identify with. Not everyone will choose to fully align their life with their vision, but may want to contribute in some small way by supporting others. You may learn to accept these gifts with full joy, without a guilty conscience. If you are able to receive, then the doors are open for what is meant for you. And everything in life will go easier and faster. For me, everything has become easier, it feels more in flow and I love being part of a community with people who are going for the same thing as me. I believe that we always get exactly what we need. We just have to be able to see it and accept it. And for that we need an open heart for the possibilities and people.

And now imagine that you implement everything I have just described: you have an incredible amount of energy because you keep it with you, spend it on what gives you energy and don't invest it in things, people or situations that don't get you anywhere. You have absolute clarity about who you are, what you can do and what you want to do in the world. You know your contribution to positive change. And you are able to accept the support that life offers you. You join forces with others towards a common cause, a common goal. What can stop you then? What is not possible then? I believe everything is possible!

Go for what you want to achieve. Decide on the things that are important to you in life and let everything else go. Get to know yourself, get support on your path and let life surprise you where it will lead. It will lead to yourself above all and you will live your potential and realise what you are in the world to do.

What are you spending your energy on? What doesn't pay off your goal and only distracts you? What gives you energy and what do you want more of? What do you want to achieve in life? What do you want to be able to say about yourself at the end of your life? Where do you need more clarity? Can you receive the gifts in your life? What would be a first small step to practise receiving (e.g. inviting yourself to dinner or having the door held open for you)? How would it feel if you didn't walk the path alone and it was a mutual give and take? How would your life feel?

If you would like support, but don't know exactly how, then feel free to contact me. I have already walked a bit of my path and have gained a lot of clarity for myself about what matters. Now I would like to help others find their vision and go for themselves and their dreams.
